During my bachelor thesis, we built a remote-controlled underwater vehicle (ROV). I was the team leader in electronics and communications. I and Olav also designed the power distribution and a 6 DOF control system for automatic stabilization and hovering.
The robot competed in MATE international ROV competition at NASA NBL in Houston, Texas where we came in on the 10’th place (out of 32).
A really great experience in teamwork and design.
